Telehealth at COGI
COGI has an option for clients to receive treatment via telehealth in different scenarios. Doxy.me is the platform COGI will utilize for all telehealth appointments effective July 2024. In order to participate in a telehealth session a cell phone number and email address must be on record with COGI. Links will be sent for each scheduled appointment. You must be able to participate via video which means your device must be equipped with a camera. (Cell phone, tablet, IPad, PC, Laptop). Options for telehealth should be discussed with your provider.
For appointments with a counselor, case manager, or CRS scheduled via telehealth Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM can check in with our reception. Evening appointments may be offered via telehealth however our Reception closes at 4:30PM. If you are scheduled for a session after 4:30PM via telehealth you will receive a link from your provider to connect directly
