Weather Closure – Staff Working Remotely

Due to the winter storm, our physical office will be closed on 12/16 and 12/17.   All Staff members are working remotely and all scheduled appointments will be conducted via telehealth.  Please visit our staff contact list to contact staff via email or to leave a voicemail directly at the office.   We have remote access to obtain messages.
